In an effort to make the insurance purchasing process simpler, SBI General Insurance, one of India’s top general insurance providers, expands its partnership with WhatsApp to introduce an improved iteration of its WhatsApp chatbot.

This will make it even simpler for users of the well-known messaging service to access insurance goods. It has expanded the selection of health insurance products available to customers and made it easier and safer for them to get two-wheeler motor insurance.

The bot will assist users in completing the purchase within the WhatsApp conversation thread by guiding them through a straightforward and secure purchasing process. The bot will guide users through a simple and secure buying process and help them complete the purchase within the WhatsApp chat thread.
