Sales Professional - Equity Broking & Financial Services
Altius Investech is seeking highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our team specializing in mutual funds, equity broking, private equity, unlisted shares, structured products, and ESOP shares. This role offers an excellent opportunity in a challenging yet rewarding sales environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients for our offerings across mutual funds, equity broking, and financial services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs to provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications
- Graduate degree; professional qualifications like CA, CFA or MBA preferred
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology

Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive monthly package of ₹50,000 + lucrative incentives up to ₹1 lakh
