Relationship Manager

Altius Investech is seeking an exceptional Customer Representative Specialist to join our team. In this critical client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information related to our financial services and investment products.


Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and messaging channels regarding the purchase and sale of shares, account information, transaction details, and other finance-related topics.

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of financial concepts, investment products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and tailored advice to clients.

- Maintain a professional and courteous manner while effectively communicating complex information to customers with varying levels of financial literacy.

- Document all client interactions thoroughly and follow up on any outstanding issues until they are resolved satisfactorily.

- Access and monitor designated WhatsApp channels to ensure timely responses to inquiries across multiple communication platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and gather necessary information to address customer concerns comprehensively.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or investment industry.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and concisely.

- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and associated regulations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies.

- Availability to work rotating shifts: either 9 AM to 8 PM or 11 AM to 10 PM to accommodate customer inquiries during extended hours. (You will be responsible to cater to the client's doubts, separate phones and numbers for the same will be provided to you as well.)


Salary- 20k per month plus variables.
